Adobe Inc. officially launched the CX Enterprise Coworker today at Adobe Summit 2026, marking a significant update to its customer experience management infrastructure. The new interface serves as a specialized user experience layer designed to streamline AI-driven workflows within the Adobe Experience Cloud. Alongside this product launch, Adobe announced a series of expanded strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and OpenAI, focusing on the development and deployment of agentic orchestration.

The CX Enterprise Coworker is built to function as an intelligent assistant that operates across Adobe’s digital experience applications. According to Anil Chakravarthy, President of Adobe’s Digital Experience Business, the tool is designed to automate complex marketing tasks, such as audience segmentation, journey mapping, and content personalization, by interpreting natural language commands from enterprise users. The system leverages Adobe’s proprietary data models and integrates directly with the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform to provide real-time insights and execution capabilities.

A central theme of the Summit was the expansion of Adobe’s AI partner ecosystem to support agentic orchestration, which refers to the ability for AI agents to autonomously coordinate and execute multi-step business processes. The partnership with NVIDIA focuses on optimizing GPU-accelerated performance for these agents, while the collaborations with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud allow enterprise customers to bring their preferred large language models into the Adobe environment. This open model approach is intended to provide flexibility for brands that have already invested in specific AI architectures.

Adobe’s agreements with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure involve deeper integration at the infrastructure level. These partnerships are aimed at ensuring that CX Enterprise Coworker can access and process data stored across hybrid cloud environments with minimal latency. IBM’s role in the expansion involves consulting and implementation services to help Global 2000 companies integrate Adobe’s new agentic tools into existing legacy systems. Adobe stated that these integrations are governed by its AI Ethics principles, ensuring data privacy and brand safety for enterprise clients.

CEO Shantanu Narayen addressed the Summit attendees, stating that the introduction of CX Enterprise Coworker represents a shift from generative AI as a creative tool to AI as an operational partner. The company reported that early pilot programs with select Fortune 500 retailers showed a measurable reduction in the time required to launch cross-channel marketing campaigns. Adobe did not disclose specific pricing tiers for the CX Enterprise Coworker but confirmed that general availability for Experience Cloud customers would begin in the third quarter of 2026.
